Leprichain’s own NFT marketplace is still in development, so in deciding on which chain is best for our NFTs to be on, we considered a few things:

• EVM-compatible chain
• Lower gas environment
• Prize-friendly with USDT
• Viewable on Opensea

Considering all these factors, Polygon was the clear choice!

Once Leprichain’s own NFT marketplace is launched, we aim to have future iterations of the NFTs hosted on Leprichain. That said, we are wary that Opensea is still the most popular NFT marketplace and viewer, so we will want to make sure that any and all NFTs we launch are Opensea-compatible.
